Jacob Wiens Elementary is a Hemet Unified school in Hemet, California, serving 580 students in kindergarten through fifth grade. Its latest proficiency results are below district and state levels in English language arts (ELA), math, and science, while chronic absenteeism remains high. The most important takeaway is that, despite improving scores in all three subjects over four years, the school still has substantial room to improve compared with the state.
