Summary

Wilson Elementary is a Fresno Unified school in Fresno, California, serving 669 students in kindergarten through sixth grade. In 2025–26, its proficiency was below both the state and district in English language arts, math, and science. The largest gap is in science: 12% of students were proficient, compared with 36% statewide and 24% in Fresno Unified.

Among six nearby schools with the same K–6 span and reported results, Wilson ranked fifth in ELA and math and sixth in science. Its scores were 30% in ELA, 23% in math, and 12% in science, below nearby-school averages of 33%, 27%, and 18%, respectively. Third grade is a relative bright spot: Wilson’s 37% in both ELA and math was the best math result and second-best ELA result among those six schools.
