STREAM Charter serves 515 students in kindergarten through grade 8 in Oroville, California. In 2024–2025, its results were mixed: science proficiency was above California’s, while English language arts (ELA) and math were below. The clearest concern is middle-school math: just 7% of sixth-graders were proficient, 29 points below the state benchmark.
