Corte Madera and Ormondale Elementary are the two schools in Portola Valley Elementary, serving grades 4–8 and kindergarten–3, respectively, with similar enrollments of 252 and 243 students. Both report strong 2025–26 all-grades results in English language arts (ELA) and math: their state advantages range from 36 to 39 points in ELA and 45 to 54 points in math. The clearest area-wide finding is that both schools are well above state results in both shared subjects, especially in math.
