Middle-school families in Fillmore Unified have one listed option: Fillmore Middle, serving grades 6–8 and 813 students. The most important finding is that in 2025–2026, proficiency was well below California’s in every subject: 24% in English language arts (ELA), 13% in math and 16% in science, compared with 49%, 38% and 36% statewide.
There is no top-versus-bottom distinction among area schools because only one is listed.
