Summary:

Both schools’ reported 2024–2025 all-grades English and math results were above the state results. One caution: Yulupa’s listed kindergarten grade span does not match its reported all-grades and third-grade test results, so the school-to-school comparison is not fully grade-matched. The clearest headline is that Yulupa had the higher reported result in both subjects, especially math.

In 2024–2025, Yulupa’s reported results were 65% in English language arts and 61% in math, compared with 63% and 48% at Bennett Valley Charter; the reported gaps were 1 and 13 percentage points. Its strongest grade-level results were in third grade: 74% in English and 68% in math, respectively 30 and 21 points above state results.

Bennett Valley Charter’s results improved in math and science from 2024–2025 to 2025–2026, while English dipped: math rose 5 points to 52%, science rose 6 points to 52%, and English fell 2 points to 61%. Its advantage over the state widened in math and science but narrowed in English. SchoolDigger rates the district four stars and ranks it 171st of 968 districts, in the 82nd percentile; Charter’s SchoolDigger percentile moved from 75th to 76th over the same three-year ranking history.
