Empire High School is a Tucson-area public school serving grades 9–12, with 886 students, in Vail Unified District. Its 2025–26 results are strong across subjects: students reached 68% proficiency in English Language Arts (ELA) and 60% in math, while 11th-grade science proficiency was 47% in 2024–25. The clearest takeaway is that Empire leads the nearby traditional high schools in every subject comparison available.
