Gateway Pointe Elementary serves 685 students in PK–8 in Gilbert, in the Higley Unified School District. Its 2025–26 fifth-grade ELA proficiency rate was 36%, compared with 38% statewide and 56% in the district; among nearby schools reporting a fifth-grade result, it was lowest, with rates ranging from 38% to 67%. This fifth-grade ELA result is the school’s clearest academic concern.

Across all grades, the school is above Arizona’s rates in both reported subjects but trails its district, and its results compare differently in math and ELA with nearby schools.
