Open Quote The Great Hearts School system is fantastic. You receive a private school education at public school pricing (free). Archway North Phoenix is a wonderful community of parents and teachers. As a newer school, it is growing in traditions. The headmaster is a great leader and we have had a very nice experience. What sets this (and other Great Hearts Academies) apart from other charter and traditional schools, however, is the Athenaeum program for after-school care. The learning and fun continues in these hours, with plenty of time set aside for homework. The events, lessons and activities delivered far exceeds our expectations. Close Quote

About Student-Teacher Ratio
Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
