Teachers are more "reactive" than proactive regarding motivating the students. If you, as a parent keep in constant communication with your childs teacher and your childs school progress, then they'll take an interest in your child too...It's how it should be. I also believe in parent-teacher conferencing and recognition gifts after the school year for those teachers who really make a difference in your childs life Close Quote
