Open Quote I would never send my child to Creekview. The school has a terribly toxic environment and the drug problem is extremely pervasive to the point it's so normalized that kids don't realize how bad or illegal something is - and you won't hear the negative press because they don't want you to know. LEAVE CHEROKEE COUNTY. The school and local police will try to ruin your child life if given the chance. it's so bad that when my child moved to another normal school they were shocked at how nice everyone was and that she didn't feel like a criminal every time she walked into the school. If we had known how bad it was - we would have done something different. I wouldn't wish that school or district on anyone. Close Quote

Open Quote Before moving to Georgia, my wife and I made sure that we settled in an area with a good school district. After looking at the performance of Cherokee County Schools, we were convinced to live here in Canton, GA. Not only is the school excellent with great facilities and teachers that connect with the students and help them achieve academically, but the environment is safe and one that encourages learning and prepares students in the real world by providing special classes like Healthcare Science, Architecture, and Video Broadcasting, to name a few. All of my kids attended Creekview and they have gone on to excellent nationally ranked universities. I am so thankful to have had my kids gone to a great institution as Creekview High School! Go Grizzlies! Close Quote

Open Quote Creekview was voted one of the best schools in the nation. As an alumnus from the school, the teachers were all superb. Although it is one of the newest schools in the county, it is already the top school in the county, surpassing state standards in standardized tests and scoring higher than any school in the county. The surrounding community is a great place to raise a family. The clubs and sports programs are excellent, as well, winning many state and nationally-recognized awards. Close Quote
