Summary

The Wright Place is a very small middle school in Sheridan, serving grades 6–8 with 16 students, in Sheridan County School District #2. Its results vary sharply by grade and subject: eighth-grade science and ELA stand out, while sixth-grade ELA and eighth-grade math are concerns. The clearest strength is eighth-grade science: at least 80% of students were proficient in 2025–2026, at least 31.9 percentage points above the state.

Science and eighth-grade ELA are strong compared with nearby schools, but performance is not consistently strong across grades.
