Open Quote The school administration and some of the teachers are more concerned with policies and procedures that have nothing to do with the learning environment than they are with helping the children to achieve their best. In addition, although there are some outstanding teachers who actually enjoy teaching, many of the teachers are going through the motions at best while some of them see the children as their little friends instead of their students and prefer to share the drama of their sordid personal lives instead of doing their job.
