Open Quote Parents are repeatedly left out of activities and fieldtrips. Parents opinions and suggestions regarding their kids are ignored. 2 years in and we are switching schools. Close Quote

Open Quote School has no consistency. Over the past 6 years the school has had 5 new principles and a high turn over of staff. Class rooms are split requiring teachers to have limited time to "teach" children. Heyer's ability to provide a good education to children is very poor. I am a very disappointed parent. Close Quote

Open Quote School has gone through a couple of principals and but there are great teachers at the school and they make sure the transitions are smooth and there are great families who work to create student events for all the students. The school has the regular English speaking classroom tract or now is offering a two way dual language tract that is an immersion program where English and Spanish speaking students become fluent in both Spanish and English.
