Community Montessori

After attending this school for seven months and being one of two second graders in the entire school (the majority were preschoolers), my son seemed be lacking in concepts. I had him tested at Sylvan Learning Center and he tested at the kindergarten first grade level AFTER finishing second grade. I learned he was in the same "class" as the preschoolers, including his two year old brother. This year he was the only third grader in the school, and the next closest in age was in first grade, then about 90% preschoolers.

I have been unable to obtain any records, progress reports, report cards or ANY information from the school as the director/owner ignores all requests and refuses to send me any information. Unfortunately, I share joint legal custody with the mother who lives in WA and I do not live in the state. My son tells me often of times he is not in school and the school completely refuses to send me attendance records. I have a court order, which I provided to the school, but the director/owner has completely ignored ALL requests for attendance records or any other information the entire year. I email her often, asking for information and she ignores me. The mother has not pulled him out of this "school" and I have no idea why as they both withhold information from me, in spite of court orders I am to have total access to all records. I have not received any records or information on my children's education for the entire year.
