Rose Valley Elementary is a small K–5 school in Kelso, Washington, serving 186 students in a relatively rural area less than a mile from Barnes Elementary and within about 2.5 miles of several Kelso and Longview schools. It is part of the Kelso School District, which ranks near the middle-lower portion of Washington districts. Rose Valley ranks in the 46th statewide percentile for 2025–2026 and has a two-star rating, although its latest subject results present a stronger picture in English language arts (ELA) and math than the overall rating suggests.
