Excellent educational experience. Traditional college prep curriculum with AP and Honors classes. Teachers engage with students in small classes. In the fourth quarter, Freshman and Sophomores have 'out of the box' field trips every Friday, while Juniors and Seniors participate in the internship program (great for their college applications). Small size allows for additional learning experiences, like observing an open heart surgery at Inova Hospital and then a discussion with the surgical team. Very glad we found GW Community School.
