-TEACHERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE CERTIFIED BY THE STATE. -Super conservative Catholicism; affiliation with Opus-Dei; -Has trouble raising money; operates on a shoestring; -Has persistent (expensive) legal problems; -Instability among personnel; lots of turnover in administrative positions and faculty; -Poorly maintained existing facility; -No on-site gym. -Out of date technology. -inconsistent disciplinary procedures for students -poor communication with parents from head of school Close Quote
