Park View High is a public high school in Sterling, Virginia, serving 1,409 students in grades 9–12 as part of Loudoun County Public Schools. Despite being located in one of Virginia's highest-rated school districts, Park View ranks 290th out of 331 Virginia high schools (12th percentile) for 2025–2026, making it one of the lowest-performing high schools in an otherwise strong district.

The school serves a very different population from most of its Loudoun neighbors. About 82.3% of students qualify for free or reduced-price lunch, compared to nearby schools like Stone Bridge High (20.1%) and Briar Woods High (12.8%). Park View's graduation rate is 85.2%, well below the district's 96.5% and the state's 92.3%. Park View spends more per student ($20,639) than higher-ranked nearby schools like Independence High ($16,087), and its 9.6:1 student–teacher ratio is among the lowest in the area. Ninth-grade students outperformed district averages in Algebra II (100% proficiency) and closely matched the district in Geometry (88.9%). Subgroup rankings for African American and White students improved dramatically from 2023–2024 to 2025–2026, and low-income and English learner students also showed gains. Still, the school faces significant challenges in reading, writing, science, and attendance. For parents, Park View offers strong resources and small class sizes, but the data suggests that high poverty and absenteeism remain the central hurdles to improving student outcomes.
