Randolph, Utah, has two public schools serving grades K–12 through the Rich District: South Rich School serves kindergarten through fifth grade, while Rich High serves grades 9–12. The most urgent concern is attendance: 40.2% of students are chronically absent, versus 23.8% statewide and 21.9% at South Rich School. The high school’s historical ranking also declined from around the 90th percentile in the mid-2010s to the 58th percentile most recently, making attendance and language arts important priorities for the Rich District.
