Open Quote Our daughter has been here for 4 months, and it has been great so far. She's 18 months old and in the toddler room and constantly surprises us with new things she's learned. They have a great ratio of teachers to students and really push to get parents involved. It's a bit pricier than some of the other options we looked at, but well worth it. Close Quote

Open Quote Pebblecreek Montessori is an amazing school. First off, it is a true Montessori, and that is a rare find in Dallas, where Montessori is just a buzz word that schools are putting on their glorified day cares. The next thing you should know is that the quality of the class leads is outstanding. All of the teachers at the school are caring, patient, respectful, and passionate about their jobs. They have literally taught me to be a better parent. My daughter has been there for three years and has reading, communication, and math skills beyond her age level. But more important than that, she is able to think through and solve problems. Where we have been truly blown away is in her character development. At Pebblecreek she has learned to be disciplined without losing individuality, initiative, or confidence. I have made and will continue to make unreserved recommendations to my friends and family for Pebblecreek. Close Quote

Open Quote We moved to the area last year and had a friend who attended this school. We did our due diligence searching for schools, but none impressed us more. Pebblecreek was the only one that felt right. The school facility is beautiful - wooden tables and chairs, nice playgrounds and a woods nearby make it a nice, calming setting as a Montessori should be.

Our daughter cried a few minutes her first two days at drop off and never a tear since. In fact, she prefers to walk in to her classroom on her own. She is always happy and loves her teachers. The toddler teachers are wonderful - willing to talk and even call us after hours to make sure we are all on the same page with our child’s needs and progress.
They really put the child's independence and self-confidence first. The school recently brought in a new head teacher and she is amazing - patient, encouraging, upbeat and knows exactly what she is doing with potty training. The assistants are great too. Our daughter even considers one them her best friend.

My kindergarten daughter also loves school. She had been to 4 other schools in other cities and is much happier here. It took a couple weeks for her to adjust. Her head teacher gave her one-on-one attention, as she does with all the students, and was more than happy to spend time with me addressing my concerns and discussing her progress. The teachers and students made her feel welcome since day one. The students are encouraged to greet one another and really respect each other. For the first time in 5 schools, my daughter considers ever child in her class her friend. She loves her teachers. Since she is a kindergartner, she has the opportunity to visit the elementary school daily - she loves her time with the older children - it has really brought out a confidence and maturity in her. On the days I have to pick her up early for an appointment she is disappointed to leave school early. She doesn't want to miss a minute. She has progressed immensely, especially in math in reading and loves to show me her work and explain what she’s accomplished.

In addition to the excellence of the school’s daytime program, they have a wide range of extracurricular classes offered after school hours. My daughter loves all of them! She participates in science club, ballet, gymnastics, one-on-one piano lessons and yoga. Close Quote
