Open Quote For a solid High School Christian-based education, check out Lutheran High School of San Antonio. I have two boys attending this school and could not be more pleased with the preparation they are receiving for college. The small class sizes mean the teachers spend a lot of time with the students. The teachers mentor each student to ensure their success. The students help each other succeed as well. Check out Lutheran High School if you are looking for a quality education for your children in a Christian setting. I highly recommend Lutheran High School of San Antonio! Close Quote

Open Quote Emphasis by the teachers and administration at LHS is to help children in their formative years establish repetitive processes that will provide them greater chances at success in all they do as adults. Their nuturing environment and personal intersted in seeing students succeed academically and socially is second to no other private or public school. Education with the foundation of being servant leaders in their peer groups, their families, and their communities is a great way to build valuable members of society as adults. Close Quote

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
