Open Quote There are great things happening at Frank Black Middle School. An exceptional faculty is in place and the principal is leading a remarkable turn-around. Bond money is being spent to upgrade the school. Student discipline is moving in the right direction and community members are taking an active interest in improving the school. It's a big school with lots of good features on the campus: a great track and athletic field, a dance studio, an indoor swimming pool and a wood shop to name a few. Things are definitely moving in the right direction and the future looks very bright. Close Quote

About Student-Teacher Ratio
Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
