Open Quote My son attended St. Edward since he was 5 years old he learned the main basic principles of "Be your best and do what is right", now he is graduating from Duke University with double major and a minor after been accepted in different colleges like Johns Hopkins, Harvard, Coastal Carolina, Roger Williams University, etc. In my personal opinion there are no good or bad schools, good or bad teachers, what there are are creative children, our children, with an enormous capacity of amazement that allows them to perceive the beautiful, the exceptional, and the impressive in everything that surrounds us. That contributes to their happiness, their creativity and motivation and they become capable of finding solutions to problems when they grow up. Teachers at St. Edward School manage to project significant learning in children using different strategies and adapting them to each experience, and thus, they lead our children along the path of curiosity to know, of having the opportunity to acquire knowledge and discover wonderful things. Open Quote I attended St. Edward school from 1989-1998. It provided me with a strong academic, moral, and spiritual foundation that still endured with me. I remember the teachers and staff being kind, caring, and just plain wonderful. The church and school are extremely welcoming and provide a strong community for the people who attend and live in the surrounding areas. Close Quote

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
