Open Quote My wife and I sent our daughter to BB for kindergarten and were well impressed with the teachers and faculty. However, we became quite irritated when most of the class work she brought home was paintings and drawings! Our neighbor sent their daughter to a local public school where she was learning to read and her parents even stressed that her school had inclusion which addressed the kids who were having trouble reading. Wer started our daughter in a public school this year and the teacher has addressed the issues (such as reading and spelling)that our daughter has trouble with.

I do understand that maybe other kids "got it", but when we scrape pennies to pay a 4,000 tuition, we expect our child to be taught to, at least, understand it enough to "get it"! I also understand that we could try more at home as well, but If a public school is teaching reading and writing for $50 dollars a year, then BB should do more than draw pictures for $4,000! Thanks BB! Now our daughter is behind! Maybe that's why all of BB graduates end up at state schools and community colleges! Close Quote

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
