Summary

Napier Elementary School is a pre-K through 5th grade school in Nashville, TN, serving 260 students as part of Metro Nashville Public Schools. Academic performance has been near the bottom of Tennessee elementary schools for over a decade, ranking 1,015 out of 1,019 schools in 2025-26. Proficiency rates are in the single digits: just 6% of students are proficient in math, 8.5% in English Language Arts, and 8.6% in science. Nearby schools in the same district prove that stronger outcomes are achievable in the Nashville community, making the gap particularly striking.
