Hickman County Senior High School is a small rural high school in Centerville, Tennessee, serving approximately 410 students in grades 9–12 as part of the Hickman County Schools district. The school currently ranks in the 44th percentile statewide for the 2025–2026 school year, a meaningful improvement from the 30th percentile just a few years ago.

Where this school truly shines is in keeping students on track to graduate.
