The A.C.E. System & the School of Tomorrow (the curriculum this school uses), has been empirically shown through peer reviewed & repeated studies, to poorly prepare children for any kind of college education, let alone the basic ability to spell, perform mathematical calculations & think critically. These schools do especially poorly in mathematics & writing. To further compound this disastrous system, the teachers have no qualifications whatsoever - truly. They do not have to be college educated or have even passed the simple PRAXIS exams (all public school teachers in PA at a minimum must do this). The instructors are often parents. Once a child progresses in the PACES (the workbooks which A.C.E uses) to the point of algebra, the teachers often must spend a day teaching themselves how to do it before they can help the children. Also, on the religious note, this school is heavily extremist Baptist & Mennonite run. There is also major (honest to Jesus) literal brain washing which occurs in A.C.E. Schools. Almost every page of the workbooks is littered with either the torture of hell fire, evils of the world, inferiority of females, & blatantly ethnocentric historical narratives and LONG disproved scientific ideas. Please thoroughly research the controversies over the A.C.E. system before placing your child in this school.
