Chestnut Ridge Christian Academy

I can’t even put into words how horrible this school has been to my son and how angry we are about it. I don’t like to give negative reviews except when I feel a strong moral obligation to warn others and to protect their children. Beware! Chestnut Ridge is a counterfeit "Christian" school that is a colossal disgrace to Christianity! Small town corruption and nepotism among the staff ensures the easy theft of class rank. Bullying, slander, and moral misconduct go virtually unpunished among the chosen local elites. Victim blaming and sexism against male students has become the norm. Concerned parents are made fun of during class while their complaints are ignored. It is a place where honest students and victims of bullies are asked to leave while pet students who have broken the law on several occasions are given stolen and undue honors. The building has no air conditioning except for in the elitist and out-of-touch principal's office. I observed two toilets leaking sewage as it dripped into buckets! Some rooms show water damage and the library and it’s books have a massive mold infestation. Please don't be fooled by the cultish love-bombing façade lavished on new students or you may dearly regret it later. Your student may need therapy for emotional trauma after attending. Anyone who doesn’t believe this review please just secretly ask other students. If they haven’t been scared into silence and their parents financially entrapped you will hear the truth. Also go look at the delipidated condition of the dangerously old building. Your child deserves much better than this.
