one of the worst schools of all time!!! They love watching children and parents struggle. The teachers are inconsistent and the principal is inactive. My kids will never attend this school again. I wouldn't recommend this school to anyone. Such a ball of stress such a waste of time. They are lazy and try to accuse your children of having a learning disability instead of giving additional support. Every child is left behind in Penn Hill Charter Close Quote
