Summary

Pacific Ridge Elementary School is the largest elementary school on Oregon's north coast, serving 557 students in grades K–5 at 2000 Spruce Drive in Seaside, and it is the flagship elementary of Seaside School District 10. The school has climbed out of the bottom quarter of Oregon elementaries over the past decade: after three years in the 19th–26th percentile range with 1 star, it reached the 41st–49th percentile band, peaked at the 59th percentile and 3 stars in 2024‑25, and sits at the 46th percentile and 2 stars in 2025‑26 — still comfortably above its district's 30th percentile composite rank.

On 2025‑26 state tests, Pacific Ridge is about at the state average in English language arts (44.1% vs. 43.8%), slightly above it in math (33.9% vs. 32.9%), and clearly below it in science (23% vs. 30.6%), while outperforming its own district in all three subjects. Among nearby schools it lands mid-pack: ahead of Warrenton Grade School and Hilda Lahti Elementary School in every subject, roughly level with Lewis & Clark Elementary School in ELA while beating it in math, but behind Nehalem Elementary School.
