Bilquist Elementary School is a K–5 school in Milwaukie, Oregon, serving 373 students within North Clackamas School District 12. For 2025–26 it ranks 442nd of 709 Oregon elementary schools — 38th percentile, 2 stars — below the state midpoint and below its own district's 66th-percentile profile. That is an improvement on 2024–25, when it fell to the 16th percentile and 1 star, its lowest point in a decade. Before the pandemic it was a 3- to 4-star, 63rd–73rd percentile school, so ground remains to be recovered.
