Illinois Valley High School (IVHS) is a public school serving grades 9–12 with about 291 students in Cave Junction, a rural community in Josephine County, Oregon, and is part of the Three Rivers/Josephine County School District.

The school is improving, though unevenly. In 2025–26 it ranked 114th of 271 Oregon high schools — the 58th percentile, 3 stars — a jump from the 31st percentile in 2024–25 and the 11th percentile in 2021–22, though it also reached the 67th percentile in 2023–24 before slipping.
