First, the school's edge narrows in the upper grades: ELA rises from 64.7% in 3rd grade to 76.7% in 5th, while math falls from 75.0% to 51.2% — the sharpest internal trend in the data, though with only about 60–70 tested students per grade, those swings are directional rather than precise. Science, tested in 5th grade, is more ordinary at 47.7%. Second, the reported free/reduced-lunch rate jumped from 8.7% to 48.4% between 2022-23 and 2024-25, almost certainly a reporting change rather than a sudden demographic shift, since every nearby district school now lands in a narrow 47–49% band. Roughly half of students are now identified as economically disadvantaged, and the school still posts top-decile results.
