Open Quote Students work by themselves. Teachers are not qualified. Teachers put students under stress from getting punishments by the principle. I would watch class environment before enroll in this school. Students have a hard time to be a normal kids in this school.
I do not recommend this school to any parents. Please set and think before pushing your kids to this school!. This is not a real STEM school as you expect! Close Quote

Open Quote My son is currently enrolled in their pre-K program. I do not recommend this school at all. The teachers have poor communication between parents. When I went in to meet with his teacher for parent teacher conference she was not friendly. She was cold and did not introduce herself or ask our names. She rushed and didn't take the time to talk to us about our child. She seemed like she was just going through the motions. She was not a preschool friendly teacher. Close Quote

Open Quote the administration has not demonstrated the "student-teacher-parent triad" along with "mutual support of parents, students, school personnel, and the community" to be part of their core values and mission statements. many competent and dedicated teachers have been let go with out notice or explanation while teachers who can not be understood by parents and students alike are allowed to continue teaching in core subjects like math and science. About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
