Comanche has one middle school, Comanche Middle School, serving grades 6–8 and enrolling 175 students. Its clearest strength is mathematics: in 2025–26, 31% of students were proficient, compared with 25% statewide. Science was its largest weakness, with 19% proficient versus 30% statewide; ELA was 22% versus 26%.
