East Dayton Christian School

My child was definitely not prepared for college after graduating from this school. There teachers don't even have degrees in what they teach. The technology is lacking. They have one small computer lab for the entire school. The school is family owned so if you are part of that family you get special treatment and the rules don't apply to you just everyone else. I will say that the music director is very good and interactive with the kids and the high school Bible teacher is great and very involved with the students. Administrations doesn't seem involved in the student body.

Our child is enrolled at this school and we are preparing to put an end to this. The curriculum is average, but they employ some of the rudest teachers I have ever encountered. In addition, the office staff is disorganized and the left doesn't seem to know which side is right. If you want to spend your hard-earned money to exist on pins and needles, praying your child doesn't end up with teacher-caused self esteem issues and poor communication skills, this is your school. Consequently, I'm not just taking my child's word for it, I have been on the receiving end with two of the teachers. Christian? My foot. This school has issues.

Interdenominational; pre-school through high school; hundreds of students yet smaller class sizes; PACE and EdChoice scholarships; home of the state champion Eagles.
