Westfall High School is a 9–12 public school in Williamsport, OH, serving 407 students as part of the Westfall Local district in a part of central Ohio where several small districts sit within a short drive of one another. Statewide, the school ranks 589th of 795 high schools (26th percentile) with a 1-star rating in 2025-2026. That is lower than its own district, Westfall Local, which sits at the 40th percentile with 2 stars, and it continues a steady slide: the school was at the 46th percentile in 2021-2022 and has slipped each year since.
Test results are mixed. American Government is a genuine bright spot at 77.3% proficient, above the state's 71.6% and above several nearby schools, and it has climbed from 57.4% two years earlier. English II, at 61.8%, is close to the state average. Everything else trails: American History (66.4%), Biology (50.8%), Algebra I (45.0%), and Geometry (20.4%) are all below state levels, with Geometry well under the state's 43.3% and the lowest among traditional nearby high schools.
