Herbert Mills Elementary School has consistently ranked in the bottom half of Ohio elementary schools over the past 5 years, with proficiency rates below the Reynoldsburg City and Ohio state averages across grade levels and subject areas. For example, in 2024-2025, the school's proficiency rates were 46.6% in 3rd grade math, 42.2% in 4th grade ELA, and 41.5% in 5th grade math, compared to the Reynoldsburg City averages of 51.4%, 53.2%, and 40.8%, respectively. Open Quote The principal and a lot of the staff is racist. The students are diverse but the teachers and staff are not. The principal is a poor leader and I wouldn't suggest this school to any parent. Close Quote
