Each school has a distinct strength. Madison-Plains Junior High posts the single most striking result in the district: Algebra I End of Course proficiency of 100% in both 2024–2025 and 2025–2026, far above the state's 59.4% and 61.6%. It also beats the state in 7th grade math (65.3% vs. 48.6%) and 8th grade science (74.0% vs. 61.2%). Madison-Plains Intermediate School outperformed the state in every reported 2025–2026 subject — including 4th grade ELA at 74.2% vs. 61.8% — despite a reported free/reduced lunch rate of 98.88%.
