Avon Local is a five-school, PK–12 district in Ohio serving 4,303 students in a clean feeder pattern — Avon Early Learning Center (PK–K), Avon East Elementary (1–2), Avon Heritage Elementary (3–5), Avon Middle School (6–8), and Avon High School (9–12) — and it ranks 51st of 773 Ohio districts, in the 93rd percentile. Two schools, East and the Early Learning Center, have no state test scores or rank history at all, simply because Ohio testing begins in 3rd grade; that is a data gap, not a performance signal.

The standouts differ by building. The high school is the flagship and still climbing: it moved from the 89th to the 95th percentile in two years, holds a 99.2% graduation rate, and sits in the top ~5% of Ohio high schools.
