As you review the school rankings data, please be aware that some of the information from certain demographics is missing. The reason for this omission is that the data has been redacted from the source data itself due to low population samples in these specific demographic groups.

Redacting data from low population samples is a necessary step to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the results, as small sample sizes may not be representative of the broader population. Additionally, this measure helps protect the privacy of individuals belonging to these demographic groups.

Open Quote I don't blame the staff, but the administration and the school board have made terrible decisions on budgets and get everything pushed through they want not necessarily what is needed, they make budget cuts then they hire everyone back when the have a little extra instead of keeping it it in a general fund for situations like we are in now and then you get administrators and teachers on tv complaining about class sizes and budget issues, keep that information for your meetings, the students don't need to hear your complaining. what do you think that does to morale. Open Quote I have 3 kids in Auburn and they are all doing well in school. I find that the teachers do a great job of communicating and trying to get parents involved with their kids education. They seem to make things work without a huge budget. Close Quote

Open Quote Seems nice at first. But horrible administration that only cares about your child as a meal ticket for State aid. Economy has tanked here, and the only place to work is the State Maximum Security Prison. They rely heavily on State aid for nearly all their funding even the local government cannot support itself. Village of the Damned is what this place has become... Close Quote

About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
