Open Quote Growing up in public school myself, and seeing my children go through the system, I have only been nothing but disappointed in the public school system and its callous way of only preparing children to take a test at the end of every year. I researched what charter schools have to offer, and I learned through a friend about Kipp Amp. What I heard and saw through my friend impressed me, no, it gave me hope for my children. My children LEARN. They now have discipline, they are being taught solid studying and learning ethics in an environment where the teachers do not waste half of the period getting the children to settle down. The teachers call me and my wife with any and all issues to keep us up to date with our children's progress. The quality of teacher involvement and interest feels genuine and gives me confidence that my children are in not only a completely educational environment, but a caring one as well The teachers at Kipp Amp have energy, interest and soul in what they teach. With Kipp, I see a future with my children that I did not have when I went through public school. If I could attend Kipp myself, I would be more confident in my future of education. Close Quote
