Battle Mountain High School is the public high school serving grades 9–12 in the rural town of Battle Mountain, in Lander County, Nevada, with 309 students — roughly 75 to 80 per grade. It is the only school within 20 miles, and the Lander district is effectively the same as the school, so Nevada statewide averages are the most useful comparison for families.
