Academically, Pinecrest ranks 60th of 376 Nevada elementary schools in 2025–26 (84th percentile, 4 stars), placing it in the top 16% statewide — essentially the same as its 55th of 379 (85th percentile) the year before, so this is stable, sustained performance rather than a one-year spike. Pinecrest gets these results while spending about a third less per student ($11,502 in 2023–24) than neighboring Clark County schools (roughly $17,300 on average), and with a student–teacher ratio of 30.7 — more than double the neighborhood average.
