Zip code 08863 has two schools in Lafayette Estates Elementary School (kindergarten through grade 5) and Fords Middle School (grades 6–8), both part of Woodbridge Township School District. In 2025–26, the six grade-specific ELA results averaged 39%, compared with 51% for the state, a 12-point gap; math averaged 28% versus 40%, a 13-point gap. ELA moved closer to state results than math did, but the clearest area-wide finding is that every regular-grade ELA and math result remained below its matching state benchmark.
Fords Middle School stands out for Algebra I: it reported 100% proficiency in both categories in both years.
