The Long Hill Township School District has one middle school, Central Middle School, serving grades 6–8, with 284 students and an 11:1 student-teacher ratio in 2024–2025. In 2025–2026, Central’s average scores were 71% in English language arts (ELA) and 57% in mathematics, compared with state averages of 53% and 34%.
