This student ratio is a fabrication. They are running 20:1 and in a staff shortage where you could get any manner of unqualified substitutes in charge of your child. Their response to COVID is to leave the kids outside all winter, in unheated tents. After repeated notifications regarding health and safety issues I finally had to leave. It is not at all what it used to be and the admin will not be sorry to see you go. They want no one questioning their unwritten policies. There is no procedure in place for emergencies whether its a bear (very likely) or an active shooter (less likely.) But when the unthinkable happens "unlikely" really won't be a sufficient answer. So be warned. They are playing fast and loose and will lie to your face about something that has occurred just to get you paying tuition. BTW, they pay their teachers than the a public school.

As far a COVID goes, I pulled my child several times due to outbreaks in the class, in order to have her wait at home for test results. Then I found out they kept brining back a COVID positive staff member.

They are absolutely unable to assist with any child with special needs. They will tell you they can but its all talk. When it comes down to creating an IEP or allowing outside ABA they just won't respond to you. When their "special ed" teacher does interact with a special student it is clear she has no idea what she is doing. None.
