Dr. L. F. Soule School is a public elementary school in Salem, New Hampshire, serving about 270 students in kindergarten through grade 5 as part of the Salem School District. The school is a mid-ranked New Hampshire elementary school, placing in the 53rd percentile statewide in 2025–26, with a relatively favorable student-teacher ratio of 11.5:1.

Soule is more comparable overall to Pelham Elementary School and Hampstead Central School. In short, Soule appears to be improving, with notable math strengths and promising support for students receiving special education services, while reading, science, and fifth-grade math remain the main academic priorities.
