Open Quote I sent my kids to SSM and it was the worst school in the city of Omaha. Before my family moved to West Omaha we lived in North Omaha and my older kids went to public schools up there and the teachers were a million times more dedicated than the teachers at SSM. The teachers just plain don't care. One of my kids spanish teacher(I think her name was Mrs. Cowell) would make the kids write down a ton of words and expected them to have the words memorized by the end of the class. When my kid did bad on his test i went up to her room and told her about my sons test grade and ask her if she offered any study sessions before the test. She replied "It's not my fault your kid's a retard." I was stunned beyond believe.

The Administrative staff was even worse. My kids and I were tired of having to deal with the teachers so we decided it would be best for them to transfer. When i called into the office and said that my kids were transfering I asked if i could get a refund because at the begining of the year they make you pay for all semesters up front and my kids had only been through 2 semesters. They said that they dont give refunds. I asked to speak to the principal. When he got on the line and heard his snotty high-pitched voice say "What do you want" I got extremely angry and started cussing at him. I told him that i was going to sue and i would see him in court. I decided not to because I did not want to have to deal with them again.

My kids transfered to a public school and they are a lot more happier there. If you are considereing sending your kids to SSM don't because it will just keep your kids from reaching their full potential and getting a great learning expierience. Close Quote
